Step 1 – What is the authorization?
With full search & playback permissions can a user:
- Search all call logs and archive them.
- Search and listen to all recordings.
- Share all call logs and recordings.
The authorization is granted via Roles & permissions in the organization settings.
Step 2 – Grant a user the permission
On computer:
- Click on gear icon.
- Choose yours organization.
- Expand the list Roles & permissions.
- Click on Call search.
- Expand the list.
- Search for it user you want to grant access.
- Click on the user and then on Save.
On mobile:
- Press gear icon.
- Choose yours organization.
- Expand the list Roles & permissions.
- Press Call search.
- Expand the list.
- Search for it user you want to grant access.
- Tap the user, then tap Save.
