Step 1 β Open the call history
In the call history, you can filter and customize the view to find the right call faster. This is useful when you want to follow up on missed calls, find calls from a specific contact, or see calls with a specific label.
- Click on the Telephony tab to open the call log.
- Click on the three-dot icon in the top right.
- Select Filter Settings or View Settings .
Step 2 β Filter calls
Filter settings control which calls appear in your call log. You can apply one filter at a time or combine multiple filters to narrow down your results.
You can filter by:
- Call type: For example, view all calls, answered calls, missed calls, forwarded calls, outgoing calls, or recorded calls.
- Date: Select a date range if you want to find calls from a specific period.
- Labels: Show conversations with a specific label, such as Stockholm . Only applies if you have Conversation Intelligence.
- Number or contact: View calls from a specific contact or phone number.
- Archived calls: Choose whether to exclude, include, or only display archived calls.
- Sorting: Choose whether the newest or oldest conversations should be displayed first.
Click Clear to remove your filters and return to the default view.
Step 3 β Customize the view
View Settings lets you customize how calls are displayed in the call log. It doesn't affect which calls are displayed, but how the information is presented.
In the view settings you can:
- Enable or disable Compact Design .
- Show or hide voicemail transcriptions in the call log.
- Show or hide transcriptions of call recordings in the call log.
When Compact Design is enabled, the rows in the call log become lower, allowing more calls to fit on the screen at once.
